Alone Again (Naturally) - Gilbert O'Sullivan

A 'Stranded In Tijuana' cocktail (shot of gin, shot tequila, shot bacardi)

Tropical fruit salad, with any luck.

ooo i love that song.
have you heard that song featuring andrea bocelli AND sarah brightman?

sounds like one of those huge formula one champagne bottles would be sweet!

rather have certain drivers, two spring instantly to mind

I love it but can't bring myself to listen to it as it was played at the crematorium for mum's funeral

Even the Wars of the Roses can be forgotten if the food is good, eh?

I also LOVE a hotpot, just to keep things seemingly proper in the kitchen. :D

Meal: my Mother's homemade steak and kidney pie (the best thing ever) with mash
Song: "Borstal Breakout" by Sham 69 - I'm afraid I don't 'do' arias. Although, if forced to pick something a little more sophisticated, the Radetzky march by J Strauss SNR.
Wine: any Aussie or Californian Merlot - it is to me what Chateau Fleet Street Claret was to Horace Rumpole
"If this goes on, my beloved 'earers, it will be my painful duty to
rot this bargee." Stalky drew a long breath through his nose.
