I think it was something around five years?

I always figured it more around 3 years. The kids in the beginning of Deathtrap look fairly close in age and young Frasier doesn't look more than 3 or 4 when we see him in Rooms with a View.

What last Frasier haven't I watched. I'm on Netflix overload, and agree with the guy who said who couldn't get enough of it. But, the very last one was Back Talk (and yes I know seasons 7-10 are not everyone's cup of tea, but I am in the minority opinion that it aged like a fine Oloroso, and was thrilled the writers finally focused on the true brilliance and that was the interactions between KG and DHP with John Mahoney a close third (I think he carried the show the last few seasons) instead of the station and characters that I found unbelievably not funny (Gil/Bulldog, et al) And, believe me, I know there were some clunkers and I agree with the general consensus of the Moon clan. Ugh. Anyway (new to the board and just love this show, it's timeless) and one of my favorite lines ever is from Back Talk. Cracks me up every time:

Daphne: You know what's curious?
(doped up Frasier): Cats!
