Ham Radio. Where Niles has to do all the accents and Gil is determined to say that speech. Honestly, I've never laughed at a comedy episode (of anything) so much. For the whole scene I was on the floor.

the entire episode of "Out with Dad", it's hilarious from start to finish, viewing after viewing. Probably the one moment in the show is when Frasier tells Martin he's on a (gay) date. However the entire episode is vintage Frasier. The greatest episode produced.

For me, it would probably be the last seven or eight minutes of "The Innkeepers" - starting from the waiters being knocked out and everything following - I remember laughing particularly hard, the first time I saw it, when Otto crashed the car through the wall. I can see why some may find it a little over-the-top for "Frasier", but I thought it was a great finishing touch.

Then there's also the part of "The Ski Lodge" when they're all bumping into each other and running into the wrong rooms...and Ham Radio...and countless others.

There are so many, but my favourite would be when Daphne spots Eddie drinking from the toilet and Frasier thinks it's him she's spotted in her bathroom in 'Daphne's Room'. Watching Kelsey's reactions and the way he runs out of her bedroom, arms aloft, shrieking in embarrassment as he runs away never fails to have me in fits  - add to that the end of the episode where Niles, Frasier, Martin and Eddie end up in her room with Eddie holding her bra in his mouth  Classic all the way.

Love the 'hot n' foamy' moment in 'Are You Being Served', Frasier's excruciating speech in 'The Candidate', " Vote Phil Patterson the saaaane choice!!" and any line from 'Ham Radio' really.

The rehearsal of, and the performance of 'Nightmare Inn' in Ham Radio deserves a shout, but so does the scene in 'Mixed Doubles' when we are introduced to Rodney.

So many to choose from obviously, but I may have to go for the scene in The Matchmaker when Niles tells Martin what is going on in the kitchen and you just hear Martin's laugh...absolute classic. I'm still in stitches when Martin emerges from the kitchen and says "Well, I'm off to bed - I wouldn't want to get in the way of young romance!"

I prefer Dial M For Martin as an episode (I love the dark feel to it) but for laugh out loud moments I think The Matchmaker is hard to beat. I love all the Daphne's Room quotes from Ali too - they're wonderful.

Mine is either when Frasier and Niles take a sip of the cold duck that Sherry gave to them and start walking towards the sofa funny or the whole scene with Niles in the car on how to bury a millionaire. Or the whole scene in bla-z-boy when Frasier finds the oil on his floor.

Oh yes, I like that one as well. I love Martin's line to Duke - "I think I'm in the twilight zone."

Cake - did the PM I sent to you get through okay? :)

The fencing scene in 'An affair to forget' was my first proper laugh out loud moment.

Favourite Laugh Out Loud Moment Has To Be...

Postby vikiephoenix » Tue Feb 14, 2006 2:15 pm

The episode where the guy wants to sue Frasier for hitting him, and then Niles pretends to get hit by the guy and falls over the coffee table in the coffee shop. I swear to God, I must have replayed that 20 times! Niles is soooooooooooo funny, he is such a geek! I love that episode, I always watch it to cheer me up.

Towards the end of "Dark side of the moon" post-ruckus, when Frasier, without realizing what has gone on before him, bursts out of his room and proclaims "I guess I'll have to make my own tea!" :D :D

But I'm in stitches whenever I see the scene/s where Niles talks about his housekeeper "Gee"... "No, no, back of the throat, N-Gee" :D :D

A line I love from 'A Room With A View' is where the disposal's jammed and Niles says 'Move away from the switch'.

Also loved the noises Frasier made when making out with Catherine in 'Call Me Irresponsible' and him pretending to have rampant sex in 'Adventures In Paradise' when he knew Lilith was next door.

It's hard to pick moments though because there are so, so many.

Good call there Strickman! That's one of the genuine laugh-out-loud moments of the entire series, I can't imagine anyone containing their laughter upon viewing that scene!

For some reason I've got Queen's "I'm The Invisible Man" going around my head...

Incredible how I can ... see right through you :D

Too many hilarious moments to think of them all. I guess 'The Matchmaker' is hard to beat really, that episode just leaves me on a high like no other sitcom episode.

(Cue John Deacon bass riff)

I thought Brian May's best buddy would know the lyrics to that one!

Sorry, missed that one

It's ok Ghost. I understand you're not always too visible yourself, so can empathise

Haven't had the pleasure of The Clogged One's good company in over ten years so that would have to be ex-buddy sadly.

The lyric, however, reminds me of the scene in 'High Crane Drifter' with Frasier being ignored at the video store:

Manager: 'Has anybody seen The Invisible Man'?

Frasier: 'Right here!'

Just thinking about the Hot'n'Foamy incident in 'Are You Being Served' always brings a smile to my face.

And, as you may guess from my signature, i think the the Moon-Crane quote from 'The Two Mrs Cranes' is a classic.
