Not knowing how much/many of the 11 seasons you've seen and not wanting to spoil anything makes it diffcult to confirm or deny whether he is a stooge character. Personally, I think he's great and really holds his own lines well.

IMO, the only similarity between Kenny on the Counch (S8, ep 13) and Kissing Cousin is the fact that Kenny features heavily.

I've seen a few episodes of Kenny, in varying degrees of strife. That's where I get the stooge persona from, tbh.

Yes, although when Frasier and Roz were at a conference or something, and about to fall into bed together, the delightful Kenny turns up at the eleventh hour and makes himself comfortable, much to my annoyance! I had high hopes for the ending of that particular episode.
(Kenny's snoring references and bedtime behaviour also remind me of John Candy in Planes, Trains, and Automobiles, for some reason.).
