She's being sarcastic when she says that. And in the second instance, she's mad because she was just dissed by Frasier and Niles regarding the dinner party. If you ever get that chance to the outtakes from that episodes, it's one of my favorites. Peri cannot say that line correctly and when she screws it up she starts laughing and says "F..k me!" It's hysterical.

Frasier is constantly chasing many women at the same time and saying how it's the greatest thing to have multiple women after him.
He also can sleep with one woman, and when she's out of sight meet another woman and completely forget about the first woman.

Frasier's personality doesn't even make sense.

The business of Gertrude assuming Daphne is a virgin is absurd. Firstly, given the amount of dating on Frasier, virginity isn't that common in their work and social circles. Secondly, Daphne is hardly a teenager. Thirdly, and at the risk of slagging off my own country, the UK has the highest rate of teenage pregnancy in Europe. Partly, it's because of the drinking culture that starts when most kids are in their mid teens. As we know, Gertrude likes a drink herself and her husband is an habitual boozer. All of this makes it unlikely that Daphe would be a virgin. Finally, there is no cultural equivalent amongst our teenagers of that whole purity/no sex before marriage vow that some US teens make.

Hehe, I've definitely experienced that unsalvageable tape moment. Whether or not Daphne really got to that stage is unknown, but i can believe it could well have, so i'm happy to give her the benfit of the doubt
