 A lot of great characters.

I think my favorite character who makes the occasional appearance is Bebe.

Too many one off characters to mention (although a few of them have been already) but one name I haven't noticed in the posts above was Jerome Belasco from Word To The Wiseguy.

I like the way he scares Frasier and Niles so much without actually making any threats, and how Daphne thought he was a doctor because she saw him hovering over people with broken bones

For one-off appearances, off the top of my head, it would be Patrick Stewart, John McGinley and David Ogden Stiers. Plenty of great appearances, though.

David Ogden Stiers and Patrick Stewart were my two favorites I think. Though I loved Allison Janney's character in Three Blind Dates.

Patrick Stewart was fantastic! I really enjoyed Anthony Lapaglia the most, cos he was in several episodes and really got under Frasier's skin in the most hilarious way. I loved when he was going through the wedding gifts after Daphne and Donny imploded.

I'm sure he means Turk. But that's definitely not him playing the Basketball player who Niles helps in Head Game.

I'm surprised there hasn't been mention of Dereck Jacobi playing Jackson Hedley - he was hysterical.

Dereck Jacobi is good but that episode makes me cringe so I never even think about listing anything from it as a "favorite."

I enjoyed that episode. The boys fantasies of being theatrical moguls, it harkened back to the restaurant they owned together.

I like the Russian professor in A Tsar is Born. Very short appearance, sure, but I find him very charming and really like his tiny smile when he informs the Crane brothers that they would not want to take the case to court, because their grandmother used to work as a prostitute in New York :D

The actor who played Lilith's crooked brother was very good too and very believable.

Michael Keaton. He was very good in the role. I just hate that episode.

So do I, but that doesn't detract from his performance.

The actors who played Tom Duran and Cam Winston are my favorites. I also just realized after all these years the actress who played Karen on Will and Grace was in the ep (I don't recall the ep title) where Niles and Frasier meet the two women at Nervosa who are kitchen designers and go away for the weekend with them.
One of the best things about watching Frasier is the rewind button!

That would be Four For The Seesaw.

Many great ones have been mentioned; yet nobody seems to remember Sarah Silverman as the patient who couldn't stop giggling at the realization that Frasier was the one who called her sister "milady".

I second the following: Patrick Stewart, Simon, and Robert the French shop owner. ("Nobody calls me robber!" "-Robert!")
Of the regulars - Bulldog is great, but his comic potential was finally more than exhausted.

Actually, I remember her from Voyager where she played Rain Robinson, a young scientist with a quirky sense of humor.

BTW, I like that bit "Your Dad is picking on my Dad..." , between Frasier and the character played by Robert Picardo also from Voyager where he played a holographic doctor named "The Doctor".
